由德國人投資興建，位于江門市高新技術工業(yè)園內，建筑用地2積約為39,660.80平方米．該工程主要布置廠房和設備用房等．廠房四周設環(huán)形消防車道，轉彎半徑12米，滿足消防要求．該設計采用以開放式空間引導至有廠區(qū)標志的水景處，充分釋放了壓抑的感覺，使員工出入心情輕松，舒暢，體現(xiàn)了良好的企業(yè)文化．工程盡可能多地布置了綠化，使廠區(qū)空氣清新，環(huán)境優(yōu)美。充分體現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人性化要求． SIMANO New Factory Jiangmen It is invested by German, located at Jiangmen Hi-Tech Industrial Zone, with constructed area above 39,660.80㎡. This design have the open space linked to the water lscape with factory sign, that make the employees to be relaxed comfortable, this design embodied the good enterprise culture.
